At KOSHAA Custom Diamond Jewelry, the first step of the custom jewelry process is for clients to submit their contact details on the provided form. After submission, our team will contact the client to schedule a video call. During the video call, clients will have the opportunity to discuss their requirements with our team, submit their desired design, and provide their budget. Our team will then use the provided information to create the perfect custom diamond jewelry piece for our clients.

Approval of CAD Design

The second step of the customization process is to render a Computer Aided Design (CAD) of your selected jewelry design. This CAD will be shown to the customer for approval. We will ensure that the design meets the customer's expectations and is of the highest quality. Once the customer has approved the CAD design, we will move on to the next step of the process. At this stage, customers can also request modifications to the design if they are not completely satisfied.

Cast Creation And Diamond Setting

Step 3 of the custom diamond jewelry process is creating the cast of the desired metal according to the design. At this stage, the diamond will be placed into the setting according to the customer's specifications. The metal will be heated until it is malleable, and then shaped and cooled to create the desired shape. Once this is done, the diamonds will be placed into the cast securely and the piece will be ready for the finishing touches.
